Why I built this course
Most group classes never look at your writing
Group classes usually pack a huge number of people into one room. You sit through two hours, the teacher talks, and nobody ever looks at your writing or listens to your spoken answer. You leave with a pile of notes and no idea what you are doing wrong.
I do things differently. I keep my groups to 8 people because that is the number where I can still hear everyone speak in every class and read everyone's writing. You get feedback on your own mistakes, in real time, from someone who has been teaching English for 18 years.

I’m Azade!
About me
I started teaching English in 2008, and over 18 years I have taught thousands of students from more than 25 countries. I hold an MA in Applied Linguistics and TESOL from the University of Portsmouth, a CELTA from Cambridge, and CELPIP Instructor Training Level 2 from Prometric, the company that runs the test.
I also sat CELPIP myself and scored CLB 12, the highest band the test gives, so I've done every task I'll ask you to do, under the same timer.

Yes. Australia's Department of Home Affairs has accepted CELPIP-General for visa applications since August 2025, so the same preparation works for both countries.
