Refund and Cancellation Policy

At English Azade, we are committed to providing high-quality online English instruction. We understand that circumstances can change. This policy outlines the conditions under which you may request a refund for our paid courses.

1. Full Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund (100% of the course fee) if you submit a cancellation request at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time of the first class session of the purchased course.

Example: If your course starts on Monday at 10:00 AM, your refund request must be received by Sunday at 10:00 AM.

Once the 24-hour window before the course start has passed, the full refund option is no longer available.

2. Partial Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a partial refund (50% of the course fee) if you submit a refund request after the first session of the course has been completed.

This partial refund option is available only until the start of the second scheduled session.

The 50% refund covers situations where a student attends the initial session but decides the course is not a good fit for their needs.

3. Non-Refundable Status

No refunds will be issued after the start of the second scheduled class session or once two or more sessions have been completed, whichever comes first. At this point, the student is considered fully enrolled, and access to all course materials and remaining sessions is confirmed.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us immediately via email (azade@englishazade.com).

Your request must include:

- Your full name.

- The name of the course you registered for.

- The date and time of the first scheduled session.

- The reason for the refund request (for our internal review purposes).

All eligible refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days.
